She is having hands on experience in handling operations as School Principal followed by head of Eastern U.P. in operations in an education company. Also, have experience of handling significant role in an NGO.
She has been imparting training to employees of various organizations to entry-level executives and middle level managers. She possess excellent training skills, man management skills and business development skills. Handled staff recruitment, new market development for existing program, accounts management at Centre level, placements of students, complaint handling and delivery of training.
